+Yeah, that's a bit unfortunate. The pattern doesn't include the scenario where spammers are creating new pages, so there is no rollback as there was no previous version.
+What I'm doing so far is renaming the pages and editing them to remove the content. It is only a workaround though...

+Surely there are only two ways to deal with this:
+  - If you see a spammed page, edit it, pasting back what was there before
+  - Tell the administrator (but how, on this site?) so that they can delete a) any other new pages, b) correct others and c) revoke the offending user's editing rights
+It just needs vigilance - a pain, but the only way is to be a good gardner!
