RSS can play an important role here in notifying people of updates, but you have to get people in the habit of using RSS.

True about RSS.
Email notifications may be a more simplified solution. Subscribe to changes to the agenda page, any new changes made, subscriber would receive a email notification with the latest updates.

What i learned with my group is how to be patient and know that planning a meeting with a group isn't easy at all.
I did learn how one mind is better with more after you come together in agreement.
I learn that sharepoint is easy communication with everyone on time, focusing on the importance of the assignment.
In the outcome we all got the agenda duties accomplished and status, Everyone came together and made it happen.
